Brief Introduction

I. Product Overview

The integrated water purifier combines coagulation, sedimentation, sludge discharge, backwashing, and filtration into a fully automated system, serving as a key unit for automated water plant management. When paired with JY-type automatic dosing and disinfection equipment, it forms a complete water treatment station.

This system offers broad applicability, excellent treatment efficiency, and superior water quality while minimizing water/power consumption and footprint. Its energy-saving design eliminates auxiliary pumps, reducing operational costs.


II. Performance Advantages

1. Fully automated operation from reaction to backwashing, requiring only periodic water quality monitoring.

2. High-density flocculation layer enhances particle collision and adsorption, adapting to varying influent turbidity/temperature with high removal efficiency (including algae under specific conditions).

3. Rapid sludge concentration and adjustable automatic discharge ensure stable removal rates.

4. Optimized coagulation/sedimentation maintains consistent effluent quality.

5. Patented low-head water collection system improves uniformity and space utilization, significantly reducing power consumption.

6. Automated filtration (effluent turbidity <3mg/L at influent <3000mg/L) and self-backwashing eliminate need for additional pumps/compressors, cutting capital/operational costs.

7. Low self-consumption (~5%) conserves water resources.

8. Compact design (4.1m height) reduces footprint by >50% versus conventional systems, suitable for indoor/outdoor installation.

9. Modular structure allows easy expansion, relocation, or repurposing.


III. Working Principle, Applications & Design Parameters

1. Working Principle

Mimicking municipal water plants, the system includes:

(1)Coagulation Tank: Mechanical mixer ensures consistent chemical reaction (forming flocs) regardless of flow fluctuations.

(2)Sedimentation Chamber: Inclined tube settlers achieve solid-liquid separation, with sludge directed to hoppers.

(3)Filter Tank: Multi-media filtration (support pipes → quartz sand → anthracite) at 10m/h velocity. Backwash cycles: 12h intervals, 5-10min duration.


2. Applications

Surface water treatment (rivers/lakes/reservoirs), reclaimed water reuse, and industrial wastewater (mining, textiles, plating, etc.).
