Brief Introduction
I. Product Overview The valveless filter is a rapid filtration system that performs both filtration and backwashing without valve switching, consisting of three main components: filter body, inlet device, and siphon device. II. Working Principle Raw water enters through the distributor for uniform dispersion, passes through an air separation device into the filter layer, and undergoes gravity-fed downward filtration. As suspended solids accumulate, increasing resistance raises the siphon tube water level. Upon reaching the set point, the siphon auxiliary tube's air extraction device creates negative pressure through hydraulic action. When design negative pressure is achieved, siphon action initiates water backflow from the tank, producing upward backwashing through the filter layer, with wastewater discharged to drainage. Backwashing terminates when water level drops sufficiently to break siphon action, automatically resuming filtration. III. Structural Features The system comprises: Inlet pipe and distribution trough Aeration oxygenation tank Gas-liquid separation pipe Distributor plate Filtration chamber Precision filter layer Clean water tank Swirl aeration outlet trough Outlet pipe Siphon riser and downcomer Siphon auxiliary pipe Air extraction pipe and ejector Siphon breaker pipe and funnel Drain pipe Key interconnections: 1. Inlet trough links to aeration tank 2. Separation pipe connects to precision filter chamber 3. Filtration chamber communicates with clean water tank 4. Clean water tank joins swirl aeration trough 5. Filtration chamber connects to siphon riser 6. Siphon components integrate with drain pipe 7. Breaker system regulates backwash duration The time-controlled breaker box ensures thorough backwashing, enabling rapid, efficient removal of impurities while activating water quality - representing an innovative water revitalization technology. |
