I. Working Principle & Structural Composition The fully automatic dosing system employs metering pumps as core components, integrating solution tanks, agitators, level gauges, safety valves, check valves, pressure gauges, filters, dampers, pipelines, valves, bases, ladders, monitoring systems, and electrical controls into a modular skid-mounted unit. Operation process: Precise chemical quantities are dissolved in mixing tanks and delivered via metering pumps to injection points, with adjustable dosing rates for diverse requirements. Available in fixed or mobile (cart-type) configurations, each unit features integrated agitation, dosing, and control systems. Multiple skid-mounted units can combine with frequency conversion controls for local/remote automated operation or manual override. The system offers compact design, low noise, stable performance, and easy installation. II. Functions & Applications Through customized process design, the system accurately prepares and doses solid/liquid chemical solutions for descaling, deoxygenation, coagulation, acid/alkali addition, etc. Operational modes include manual control or full automation via PLCs, magnetic level gauges, pH meters, stroke controllers, and frequency converters.
