![]() Brief Introduction
I. Structural Composition The bag filter is a pressure filtration system comprising a filter housing, cover, quick-opening mechanism, and stainless steel mesh basket for filter bag support. Liquid enters through the side inlet pipe, flows into the filter bag housed in the reinforced basket. Purified filtrate passes through the bag while impurities are retained. The system allows easy bag replacement with minimal material loss during operation. II. Technical Features Bag filters feature optimized construction with reliable sealing, high flow capacity, and user-friendly operation. The design minimizes side leakage, ensures precise filtration accuracy, and enables rapid bag replacement to reduce operational costs. Both interior and exterior surfaces receive mechanical sandblasting for uniform, easy-to-clean finishes. Two filtration methods are available: side-in/side-out and side-in/bottom-out. Liquid media is pressurized or drawn into the housing, passing through electropolished perforated baskets supporting filter bags for solid-liquid separation. III. Structural Design The design incorporates four hammerlock bolts to securely seal the cover and housing, withstanding high filtration pressure and water hammer impacts. The compact system consists of three core components: housing, mesh basket, and filter bag. Liquid enters through the inlet, passes through the bag, and exits via the outlet, typically configured as side-in/bottom-out for easy cleaning. IV. Product Categories Available configurations include: 1. Single-bag filters 2. Multi-bag filters 3. Swing-arm bag filters 4. High-precision bag filters Filtration accuracy ranges from 1-10 microns. |
