Brief Introduction
I. Working PrincipleThe hydraulic control valve utilizes water flow energy to drive dual turbines, which rotate metering and control discs via gear systems. The metering disc accumulates flow volume, while the control disc directs raw water pressure signals through valve chambers to automate valve switching. The QC-RST softener comprises two resin tanks (primary/secondary), a hydraulic control valve, and a brine tank. The valve alternates between tanks, ensuring continuous operation with one tank regenerating while the other operates. Regeneration brine is drawn via Venturi ejector, using softened water from the active tank. Different hardness levels require specific metering discs for proper cycling. Water hardness (Ca2⁺/Mg2⁺ ions) is removed through ion exchange with resin, releasing sodium ions. Saturated resin automatically regenerates using concentrated NaCl solution to restore sodium-form resin. II. Features, Inlet Requirements & Installation (1) Features 1.
