![]() Brief Introduction
I. Working Principle Precision filtration utilizes formed filter media where the feed liquid passes through while retaining impurities on the media surface, allowing purified filtrate to exit. Common filter media include: filter cloth, mesh, discs, sintered tubes, string-wound cartridges, melt-blown cartridges, microporous cartridges, and multi-functional cartridges. With varied media types come different pore sizes (typically 0.1-120μm), positioning precision filtration between sand filtration (coarse) and ultrafiltration. String-wound cartridges (honeycomb filters) feature two main types: Polypropylene fiber/PP frame (max 60°C) Degreased cotton fiber/stainless steel frame (max 120°C) II. Technical Features 1. Effectively removes water/oil mist/solid particles (100% removal ≥0.01μm particles; oil mist concentration <0.01ppm/wt) 2. Compact and lightweight design 3. Optional plastic (with protective cover) or aluminum alloy housing 4. Three-stage purification with extended service life III. Technical Parameters 1. Operating pressure: 0.05-0.6MPa 2. Temperature range: 5-40°C (customizable) 3. Cartridge connection: Flat clamp/Insertion type 4. Filtration accuracy: 3-100μm 5. Cartridge quantity: 1-180 units 6. Cartridge length: 10-50 inches 7. Flow rate: 0.1-300m3/h (per unit) 8. Housing material: 304/316L stainless steel, Q235 rubber-lined |
